He took great care of us, listened to all our needs and expectations within the house and always updated us on any new homes on the market that suited the description we gave. I contacted Paul Wallace after having listed my property on the market with another agent who I was less than impressed with. From day one the service was miles ahead of what I had previously received with the other local agent. Paul Wallace’s experience and local knowledge stood out, along with their marketing and within one week my property was sold at full asking price. The whole buying/ selling process was handled exceptionally, we had a complicated chain and was against the deadline for stamp duty holiday. Joe went above and beyond to help ensure that the sale went through within the timescales we needed, picking up the slack that some other agents in the chain were not doing. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Massive thank you to Joe at the Hoddesdon branch who was so professional, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the process of our house purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he would always be in contact with us with updates. We never had to chase him for information despite other parties in the chain being shockingly slow.
