GooglePaul Leadley and his team are truly fantastic, their are not many companies unfortunately left, that still go that extra mile when you need a problem solving. Our sale, and buying another property was not easy by any means, but Paul really stepped up to the mark to make it seamless. A big big thank you to all the team at Paul Wallace, but especially Paul who is a true professional and a real gentleman who knows his job, hence the five stars. Big thanks from Mr & Mrs Adams.

GoogleWe chose Paul Wallace because they use experienced, mature and seasoned professionals. They made the whole process relaxed and stress free. Joe kept on top of everything and was an extremely reliable conduit between the solicitors, buyer and all others involved in the process. This set Paul Wallace apart from the 'Estate Agent' crowd; taking ownership and, continually, driving the process. From accepting an offer to completion, it took only eight weeks. How many people do you know, only took eight weeks from accepting an offer to completion?

Excellent service, realistic pricing & great pictures of my property meant I had five offers on the property within a week of putting the property up for sale. The sale went very smoothly, and literally took weeks to complete. I would highly recommend the team at Paul Wallace Thank you Peter & Joe. Top goto agent in the area (Cheshunt Branch) Have used before so knew exactly where to go when come to sell again. Very honest hardworking agents who don’t just rely on Rightmove etc. In the past they have sold property for me before it even hit the websites so they were my first choice. Again they didn’t let me down, from valuation, listing and all the way thru to completion they were on the ball and pro active. Peter was my first point of contact and his knowledge of the current market was vital in getting the marketing right. Once we got an offer Joe was always available for progression updates and any bump in the road was immediately addressed and ironed out. 100% recommend.

I cant thank the boys at Paul Wallace enough especially nick and Joe who worked so hard to ensure the move happened. Nick sold my property in 5 days to wonderful buyers and worked hard throughout the duration of sale to ensure it went as smooth running as possible. Joe kept me updated throughout the sales process helped in matters that did not even involve him on my purchase. Without them I don't think I would have moved home, their patients and expertise was amazing. Thank you so much to all at Paul Wallace.

Best estate agents that we have dealt with by far! We have dealt with some shocking estate agents in the past but from start to finish Paul Wallace have been outstanding. They were always happy to help and guided us through each step of the way. All the staff were professional, attentive and proactive. Especially Joe, who would always go to great lengths to ensure everything went smoothly with both our sale and purchase (both through Paul Wallace). Very friendly, easy to deal with and a huge asset to the team. I can't recommend them enough, best estate agents that we have dealt with by far! Will definately use again in the future!

Googlethey dont even desreve a 1 star either pleasee vendors and buyers AVOIDDD !!! this agent has disgusting workers with poor customer service and manners , they only choose specific people to view houses and even take in extra money into pockets from people , just to sell the houses to them , a buyer that brought a property from them 2 months ago has said he offers them money and they did not even say no and execpted it from him in order to take the house of the market called in many many times they dont even pick up , the worst everrrrrr in cheshunttt brookfiled center please avoidd !! there are much more better ajents out there avoid these waste timersNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Google**Review for Paul Wallace Estate Agents** I recently had an experience with Paul Wallace that left me quite disappointed. I reached out to them regarding the sale of my property, but I felt as though they weren't genuinely interested in engaging with me. They valued my property without taking the time to really see its potential, which I found quite disheartening. Ultimately, I decided to go with another estate agent in the area, and I'm thrilled to report that I sold my property for £35,000 more than what Paul Wallace had suggested I would receive. This experience taught me the importance of choosing an agent who truly values their clients and understands the market. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking a more attentive and knowledgeable approach to selling your home.
