GoogleWe sold our family home quickly and found ourselves needing to rent somewhere ..... and fast.
I sent off so many enquiries about rental properties that I saw on Rightmove. Several agencies never got back to me at all. Then I saw a house for rent by Paul Wallace in Cheshunt.I had barely finished typing my enquiry before I got a reply.
I found the staff in the office very friendly and welcoming. Keri I hope that is the right spelling ) and her team were very efficient and helpful and now we have moved into a spacious rental house.
Even though Paul Wallace is not managing the property, Keri popped by with a supply of light bulbs as she had noticed some were missing. And she even downloaded the instructions for the use of the washer/dryer and the washing machine, printed them off and posted them to me. She needn't have done that, but it just shows the level of attention that you get with Paul Wallace.

A big thanks goes to George Ansell who showed us round a number of properties before finding 'the one'. We recently found a house of our dreams and had to put our current house on the market immediately in order for us to secure the house we loved. Peter valued and placed our property on the market within a day; Nick found our buyer the following day and within two days our house was under offer. The Paul Wallace sales team helped sell our property in the Northaw area, they were highly professional and thorough throughout the process and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some problems with our buyer and their chain but Peter and Joe handled everything beautifully, constantly kept us in the loop and we felt reassured throughout. A member of the team that knew all about our case was always available and approachable which meant that we were never left wondering what was going on. Both Peter’s and Joe have been so helpful in selling our bungalow. They made the house sale very easy and pleasurable.
They have kept us up to date with progress and we’re almost as upset as us when one Potential buyer backed out after assuring Joe that he was genuine and all the money was in place.
