GoogleHighly recommended. Some say that Estate Agents now do little to earn their commission. This was not true about Joe, who proactively marketed our late father’s house and rapidly found suitable buyers. He was understanding and helpful with the delays due to difficulties in obtaining probate. He willingly provided help by attending in person to let people into the house when we were not able to be there and making sure that in was secure.

Recently bought a house and dealt with agent Georgia Day who was fabulous from start to finish. No qualms with recommending her and the team at Macclesfied. Overall, it took around 4-5 months and Georgia just kept pushing for us to be moved in by Christmas which finally happened. Thanks, Georgia!

Informed us that the property we were moving out of had been re-let. We then rushed to clear and deep clean the property. Rang several times on the day with no answer to then be told any day before Thursday would be ok. We were then informed by another call 10 minutes later that the property had infact not been re-let. Severe lack of communication therefore making us pay another month rent & bills.

We've just bought a property through Gascoigne Halman and they have been super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Tracy Ryan in the Frodsham office has been lovely and always responded to our queries (however bizarre! We have asked a lot of questions haha!) promptly and happily! We never felt like we were too much trouble. Thanks to everyone at Frodsham Gascoigne Halman!

GoogleSome time ago I asked this lot to sell a house for me. A few people were interested and I chose what GH called a 'cash buyer.' She wasn't, she appeared to be a mate of somebody at GH. They were in touch with me regularly while the mortgage was sorted but only ever in support of the buyer. They let her and a dodgy gas boiler person into the house in order to condemn the boiler and knock me down £3000. I had it uncondemned. Don't give them your keys, in fact don't employ them.NegativeQuality

Lucy in sales, and Heather and Charlotte and the whole team in lettings were very helpful and looked after me. Lettings arranged the rental house I was interested in at short notice, and everything was in place on the day of the move as promised when my property sale completed. We looked at several properties through them and found them to be extremely efficient and friendly on all areas of the customer journey. We were particularly impressed with Lucy the agent handling our purchase. She was knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and very responsive. We would would definitely recommend them!

We recently sold and bought a house using the Frodsham office. We met with 3 local estate agents before deciding who to use and we chose Gascgoine Halman Frodsham as they had the most local knowledge and were the easiest branch to get in touch with.As is often the case, the whole house move process was quite lengthy and frustrating. But Tracy in particular helped us out with advice, chasing up solicitors and helping to keep on top of the process. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

The agent - Lucy - was instrumental in driving the transaction forward and was consistently across the details. She was very user friendly and really put me at ease; it was obvious that she knew exactly what she was doing. Would definitely recommend.
