TrustpilotVery Poor Customer Service!
the lettings division are very poor, they are very quick at taking your money, but when something goes wrong they take an eterinty to return or respond to emails or telephone calls. Once you have vacated you cant get your secured dposit back, again the communication process and customer service is no existant.

GoogleI enthusiastically recommend using Gascoigne Halman - and specifically Matthew Follet - for all your mortgage services! Buying our first property, during a time of sky high mortgage rates and instability, we needed someone exactly like Matt. Patient, reliable, thoughtful and knowledgeable, he guided us through the application process with nothing but our best interests at heart. After securing a mortgage offer, Matt noticed the market rate had dropped considerably, calling us with the news and advising we reapply. This move alone saved us thousands! This stressful process was made 1000% smoother because of Matt. You need a Matt. He's an asset to his company, and if you, or anyone you know, is indeed of a mortgage broker, call Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow and thank me later.

Terrible experience with this company. Had to fight for my deposit which they made unnecessarily difficult. They supported a landlord who said the property was uninhabitable when the independent check out report confirmed as 'good'. 6 months to get deposit back from TDS who awarded us £2,500 of the deposit and the landlord £100 after he tried to claim for £4500! Would never use this company again, avoid!

I wish I could give this letting agency zero stars. They have completely breached our contract and shown a total lack of professionalism. Upon moving in, the house was absolutely filthy, with rubbish in back garden. The state of the property was uninhabitable, clearly, no cleaning had been done. On top of that, broken window and door glass was shattered, posing a serious safety risk.

GoogleI am unsure where to start, the biggest thing I want to say is a massive thank you to all. I can't tell you how many times I have mentioned to my friends and colleagues how fantastic Lucy, James, Zoe and all the people involved in my dads move have been. They really have gone above and beyond. Anything we weren't sure of they helped with, they helped fill in forms for the solicitors and even posted them. Nothing was too much trouble. The correspondence and communication is second to none. Well done all at Wilmslow Gascoigne Halman. Debbie O'Brien and Fred Hassell.

GoogleIf you’re reading these reviews to make your final decision of who to instruct to get your house sold quickly and fairly. Then just pick up the phone to Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow. We sold our house with the team after a crazy experience with another apparently, high profile agent in the SK9 area. After this experience we just wanted honest, sound advice and this is exactly what we received. Even before we launched the property we had people waiting to view, which is testament to their tireless work to build a list of buyers who actually want to buy your house rather than just dream what it could be like. All the potential buyers had been vetted so neither Gascoigne or ourselves were wasting our time with pointless viewings. A brilliant experience and would never go anywhere else. Just pick up the phone and get your house sold.

GoogleGascoigne Halman dealt with the sale of our house recently. The service was excellent - from the initial contact through to completion. Communication was very good throughout and I was always informed of any viewings and feedback. Once an offer was accepted, the team kept me updated with the progress of the sale and expected completion dates. They alleviated some of the stresses of selling the property. The team were professional and courteous at all times. Good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agency.
