GoogleWe asked Frost's to value our house in Chesham in 2015. Jacqui provided us with professional, friendly advice and gave us a realistic figure. We proceeded with the sale and can honestly say they more than achieved the guide price. We had several offers and the process was well handled by all the staff at Chesham. Pleased to say the right buyer was found and we completed our move to Devon all in the space of about 3 months.
Only negative was the conveyancer recommended, who provided us with a poor service.
I would definitely recommend Frost's at Chesham and would have given 5 stars but for the conveyancer.

They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.
