Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

FacebookI've recently bought a house through frost in Chesham. And from start to finish it was very professional, Gemma was the agent I bought the house through and was amazing. She was available at anytime I had questions. And made the purchase very smooth and easy for me. Can't fault Gemma or frost partnership in Chesham in anyway. Would highly recommend them.

This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

We received a great valuation of the property, a great offer price on the property and then the selling process was made very easy with lots of help from Jacqui chasing up with our solicitors. I could not recommend frosts more.
