I HIGHLY recommend Taylors! Such a personalised service with the focus on quality over commission. During the process of buying our first home, Taylors were originally only briefly involved. However our conveyancing service teams made too many errors to count. After 7-8months of failures my partner and I came crawling back to Taylors and WOW! Exceeded all expectations, remembered us after all those months, happy to pick up the pieces of our case- special thanks to Lauren- such a dedicated professional and so down to earth (thank you for letting us vent!). Lauren directed us to her super colleagues- Mike, Julian and Damien- What a team! Within 1 week of their help we are now an "Urgent" case and close to exchange and completion- no coincidence, it's purely good teamwork and awesome communication between everyone involved. Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple

Me and my partner have been trying to rent place but been told they will let us know what is landlors deciding. Guess what now its been nearly 2 weeks we been trying to call them (been fully ghosted) and last weekend my partner even drove to them just to see there was no one in their office. Still got no info so we moving on! I guess glad we didnt rent from them as i cannot imagine what trouble we could have later! Shame!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.

It is been a while, but just needed to get it my chest. I am still not happy with the way I was treated. At the beginning it was okay, but then you were getting £175 from me as you were 'helping' me find a place to live. It was an okay place but there was a breach of contract that you turned a blind eye to! Shameful. You have this way that makes you full of self- importance?! And try to make me feel in the wrong. Er sorry, I PAID you, so I was a customer, who in fact received a very shabby service in the end. Especially when it came to getting my deposit back from you. I actually heard you were withholding it from me?! What? Like a punishment for getting the heck away from you lot?! Your hand was quick enough out to get my deposit in the beginning. And been an honest person that I am and doing things by the book, I followed through with what you required. I usually write very positive reviews for other companies, etc, but here I am not sugar coating. I will avoid like the plague. Have a good day.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

Where do I start? Dreadful people.

Where do I start? I rented an apartment from the Bedminster branch, and it was an unbelievably awful experience from beginning to end. They lied about the opening inventory, there was no hot water or heating for most of the tenancy period (and they literally couldn't even be bothered to reply, let alone sort the problems out), they lied about damage caused when I left (which I did not cause), and now they refuse to communicate with me regarding the return of my deposit. Needless to say they are also withholding my deposit with no legitimate reason whatsoever. It would be really difficult to find a worse company to deal with. They treated me shockingly badly, lied through their teeth, and are trying to steal my deposit. Just awful. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: 3 months later, I opened a dispute with Taylors via MyDeposits and submitted my honest evidence to counteract their lies and today received the deposit refund in full. Keep evidence of everything Taylors tell you (they WILL lie later on), take photos of everything, take videos of everything..... eventually, you will get your money back from these rogues (as long as you are being honest).

oxford - Absolutely useless and infuriating

Absolutely useless and infuriating - they feed you empty promises and lies constantly saying they have done what you asked and then you realise they actually never did - over and over again rinse and repeat - they will NEVER respond to your issues with the house you rented unless it is an emergency that will damage the house never mind that it is a risk to your health unless you literally ring them up every day multiple times for 2 whole infuriating months and then eventually maybe they will do something after you say you will put in a formal complaint but not after they tried to gaslight you first saying nothing is wrong
