We found ourselves in the position of having to sell a house due to the death of my mother-in-law. We had never done this before and I looked at a few estate agents and felt that Taylors being a local agency would provide local experience and knowledge. Friends said we should get at least three meetings before choosing one. So, we met with Lincoln from Taylors first. He impressed us with his knowledge and honesty, so we decided not to meet with any other agents. Having being given the go ahead Lincoln and his team set about marketing the house in an extremely professional manner. Within days of it being listed he and the team found us a cash buyer. This buyer had a number of needs which resulted in Lincoln and Katy making numerous viewings. All through the process Lincoln and Katy kept us appraised of the progress and walked us through this difficult process really well. The sale went through within a very short number of weeks and both my wife and I feel that without the fantastic support from Lincoln and Katy we would have had a much more stressful sale. So, wholehearted recommendation from us that if you are looking to buy or sell in the Bicester area then put Taylors at the top of your list of estate agents.

Selling a property can be daunting but Lincoln from Taylors made the whole process feel so much easier. From the very first meeting he was professional, approachable and supportive and his enthusiasm for the property and the area were so obvious that I couldnt possibly think about putting the house for sale with anyone else. The care and personal attention really stood out throughout every stage if the process. No question was ever too much trouble and he was always reassuring which I needed at times! Thanks to his hard work and the work of the girls in the office, the house sold really quickly. They really went above and beyond to make sure that the sale went through smoothly. I cant thank Lincoln and Taylors enough for making a stressful process feel straightforward. If you are looking to sell I would 100% recommend Lincoln and his team - you wont be disappointed.

Lincoln and his team at Taylors have been really helpful during the selling of our house. Lincoln in particular was really enthusiastic about our property from day one, he asked the right questions, and found out facts from the area to help would be buyers. We loved the photos, Rightmove page and sales brochure they produced. The sale itself didn't take too long, but the Legal process for selling has been long and arduous. Lincoln and the Taylors team were there with us, supporting as needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lincoln at Taylors Bicester. It has been the most emotional journey from first meeting Lincoln in the Bicester office over a year ago, with my beloved late brother and myself. We chose Taylors to market my terminally ill brother's property, due to Lincoln's empathy and kindness at this difficult time. Since my brother's passing in August 2024 and the subsequent lengthy wait for grant of probate to enable us to complete the sale of the property. Lincoln has constantly updated me with the progress of the sale and made sure the empty property was safe and secure. He secured us a buyer very early and through this lengthy process, he somehow managed to keep both the buyer and me (as the seller) totally loyal to the belief there would be a successful completion. Today it happened and I can't commend and thank Lincoln enough for all his hard work, help and positivity. This is what going the extra mile really demonstrates. Thank you Lincoln you are a credit to your industry.

Cannot recommend Lincoln in sales enough. I am somewhat of a stresshead and ended up selling my rental property at a REALLY stressful time for myself personally. I'm fairly sure I shouted at one of the poor solicitors and then burst into tears and I'm pretty sure I burst into tears on the phone to Lincoln at one point. I definitely got (let's be polite and say stressed) stressed over various bits and bobs due to tenants and first time buyers. Lincoln was a champ the entire time and had me laughing out loud on days where I didn't know which way to turn. I would have really struggled with that sale had it not been for him. He didn't stress about anything or stress me out at any time in the process, never ever once let on that he was most likely hanging up the phone to me and having to walk out the back and scream into a pillow, had me in stitches (always very lightheartedly and mainly over my memory or lack thereof and general hopelessness which was just what I needed) and sorted stuff out that others had been floundering with. He's definitely given me the most seamless and least haggling house sale I've had to endure - hopefully I won't have to sell another house but if I did, Lincoln would definitely be my first port of call.

I never thought as a buyer i would be recommending the sellers estate agents but I can not praise Lincoln and the team at Taylors quite enough. The upmost attention was paid to us in our journey from answering our every query - and we had alot as first time buyers, to friendly congratulations calls through every milestone achieved. I found this particularly impressive considering we weren’t even their customer! And this kind of attentiveness is not something we experienced with any other estate agents we engaged with. I recommend Lincoln Kent specifically as someone who presents as clear, concise and very attentive whilst being genuinely kind and nice to speak with. Him and the team were quick to act and made the process for us very easy to go through. If we ever decide to sell the house and move on we 100% will be using Taylors.

Taylors have delivered! Whilst I was expecting for this particular transaction to take many weeks, when it was time to make things happen, Lincoln stepped in and drove this particular deal forward. I would have typically expected for the vendors to just sit and wait, but this guy pushed everyone to do what’s needed, which enabled the new tenants to call this place home hours from them starting a new job in town after relocating from London.
