GoogleAsked them to do a valuation for my house, got called by William, told that they can’t do a valuation as I am only looking to sell in 2 years, not now. I got offers by other companies happy to do it. Just don’t bother with this company, just lazy people being work shy. Not worth giving commission when selling a house

GoogleZsofia was super pro-active at finding me a tenant. She was very quick to make arrangments for interested tenants to be shown round and was super efficient at following the process through. GoogleFrom the moment we instructed them, Chancellors exceeded all of our expectations. Alistair in particular was an absolute pleasure to work with; he was polite, professional and couldn't do enough to ensure we had the smoothest sale possible, despite it being a particularly complicated case. Dan and Pharez were always there to help and answer any questions as well, and were incredibly personable. I can't thank the team enough for their part in our sale and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

GoogleGetting your House sold is a stressful event at the best of times, even when things go exactly as you planed. We had quite a few issues with various aspects of our house sale, which was further exacerbated because we were trying to sell from 200 miles away. However, Alistair and his team dealt with everything with an outstanding level of professionalism. The communication was faultless, issues were explained without over complication. Multiple members of their team took the time to discuss options with me and how we could deal with them. Then once I had made my decision it was acted on without delay. Having never met the team face to face as we had already moved, this was all done via phone and email. GoogleI recently moved my property to Chancellors after a year with a different estate agent in town. Their diligence and professionalism are exemplary. Proactive communication, good negotiation, felt like I was part of the team and nothing was too much trouble for Zsofia, Richard and the team. When it progressed to central office, the high level of customer service continued. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
