A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

Despite the negatives I got from friends regarding how less helpful the chancellor would be for me to find a house, was proven wrong through her and other team members i come across when I visited the office. I withdrew from my application due to a lack of transparency around the rental figure. After an initial amount was discussed, the tone of communication changed and the price after agreement decided increased all of a sudden later in the process, before any tenancy had started or been formally agreed. Not what I agreed it wasn't the price change that was frustrating it was the experience and lack of transparency.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. We just recently bought a house through Chancellors and the experience was fantastic. We arranged to see some properties and they showed us everything they had in our price range in one day on a Saturday (important because I work out of town). John Bouwer was the agent who showed us around and was very knowledgable, friendly and full of advice and nothing was too much trouble. We saw the house we loved and had to move extremely quickly as the seller needed to be out in 8 weeks! John was instrumental in ensuring we managed to do this acting as the go between and hurrying people along. Throughout the process John was exceptionally professional and friendly keeping us well informed and calm throughout, nothing was too much trouble with regular contact via phone or text even in the evenings and at weekends. I would highly recommend John and the team at Chancellors to anyone selling or buying in the area.
