Whilst renting from this estate agent they worked with our absolute cowboy of a landlord to refuse to fix our heating and several other essential things for living and then assisted him in attempting to evict us in response to us asking for repairs while I was 8 months pregnant, with a 2 year old as well, and then continued to harrass us when I had just given birth because they wanted to arrange viewings literally days after I gave birth, I am traumatised by my experience with this very abusive firm. I hope this is enough of an explanation for my 1 star review, steer clear :)

Awesome from start to finish. Contacted my dad to arrange a viewing for his first ever lease and the young age of 72 - Shai was welcoming from the moment he welcomed us in to view the property. They are a joke and will waste your time and money! I was booked a viewing with Zsofia Szam and drove 1hr an 15 min to get there. Upon arriving on time at the address, there was nobody from the agency! I called them (the numbers on Zsofia's email signature) and a guy told me that Zsofia will be there any moment. I waited for 1 hour and kept calling them time after time, nobody answered anymore. After waiting for an hour by myself, i went to their office to see what happened. Zsofia was there and she did not even apologize for not showing up or for not contacting me! Apparently there were offers for this property, which should have been communicated to me, but that never happened! No call, no email whatsoever! So due to this neglegience, lack of internal communication, and unprofessionalism, I spent my day off driving to and from Bicester for nothing.

Since moving in I just wanted to update the review and while I’d say the experience was positive I’d advise people to double check things like if showers are electric and triple check the length of tenancy. This review is a little late, but I just want to thank Zsofia, who has been amazing throughout the whole process and who I can't recommend enough, she has gone out of her way to help with any queries or problems I've ran into, even when she didn't have too. Whatever Chancellor's are paying her its not enough.

Initially was super happy with the agent who helped us find a flat to rent- he was very lovely and helped get everything sorted ASAP. Within a month of moving in we found out we were living in a mould infested house with broken furniture and shoddy electrics. The majority of our items have been ruined by mould. We've been contacting property management for 5 months who have just sent round contractor after contractor who have all agreed major works need doing and haven't actually done anything. This is apparently due to our landlord not replying but how can you even take on a landlord that doesn't reply to major works needed in the first place. Super helpful till they get your money and then your left to fend for yourself.

We have viewed an excellent property with Zsofia. She was extremely helpful, prepared for that viewing and answered all of our questions so quickly. We actually wanted to rent the property however my husband’s company required us to move in London so we couldn’t make an offer.
