GoogleAfter failing to sell my HMO property, which was probably due to an over optimistic valuation, I decided to not sell and leave the property rented with the existing letting agents (not Chancellors). Chancellors then pestered me for a while by phone and email saying they could let out the these empty rooms. Their angle was that they had multiple people desperately looking for similar rooms to let but they didn’t have anything available. I asked why these people wouldn’t just go on the usual online platforms and potentially rent my rooms that way. I didnt get a reply. I then replied to their email with several similar HMO rooms on their site that were sat empty and asked why they had made the earlier claim? Again I did not get a reply, but thankfully they have stopped phoning and emailing me. Poor tactics.

It’s been three years with Chancellor’s, and Franki from the property management team has always been on hand to help whenever we’ve had any issues. She consistently follows up and works back and fort.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.
