Chancellors are hands down the best estate agents I've ever been a tenant with. They are incredibly responsive and any issues are always resolved quickly. Our property manager, Molly Adams, always goes the extra mile, ensuring we are aware of what is happening at each step in a process and following up to make sure that everything went smoothly and was completed as expected.

GoogleI didn’t go for the property in the end, but Shai helped a lot with the many questions I had! In the end I had to pull out of the deal thanks to a badly timed injury but again, Shai helped with making sure that all would be ok

GoogleCharlotte has been fantastic. She listened to our wants and needs and provided a good range of properties within our budget, with no pressure on stretching the budget either. She was also very knowledgeable about all the properties and help answer questions immediately. So far, we are yet to find our dream property, but I'm confident her and Chancellor's will help us find it!

GoogleThis is the second time I am renting from Chancellors and encountering Thomas. Thomas is a very professional staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to every details of what I want and always available to explain everything to us on each stage. It wasn’t difficult renting again from them as I needed a bigger apartment.

The bookings viewing process was quick. We met kashan who viewed the property to us . He was very polite very kind , friendly and professional .what stood out the most his willingness to answer all my question .i highly recommend kashan anyone who looking for property. GoogleThe worst experience for renting a property!! Sam - the Sales agent was amazing and was able to arrange for my mother to rent the property instead, however, the lettings team were dreadful. They did nothing for 3 weeks, phoned 3 days before the move to say we may not have the contract for the day of the intended move (from France - which was not able to be delayed!!) and indeed we did not have a contract until 3 days after the intended move date! Thankfully we had a wonderful landlord who allowed us to 'drop and store' the furniture in the property and my mother was able to stay with my sister - but not the best experience for my mum especially 5 weeks after she lost her husband (our father). There was no real apology and certainly no-one cared! They did not advise the landlord or arrange all the necessary safety checks/certificates in time and indeed we are still waiting for the EIC (a legal requirement) and were told by Chancellors not to plug anything in until this was carried out!!!! How can an 81 year old woman live in an all electric flat and not plug anything in! They never answer the phone at the Banbury office and we have now been phoned by the landlord as he has still not received his rent - 6 days after it was paid and 4 days after the tenancy has started. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Find another agent if you can.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
