GoogleI recently sold a property with the property centre and the service received has been brilliant. All staff were very easy to work with and kept me up to date at all stages of the process. External circumstances, meant it wasn't straight forward at any point, but Barney especially did everything in his power to support the sale.

GoogleMy partner and I bought our first home through The Property Centre and we never had an issue with them. Every questioned was answered on the same day, and if anyone was on leave there was always someone else to answer any queries. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

GoogleThe Property Centre were excellent to deal with. They kept us up to date throughout, we're always available whenever we needed them and always seemed happy to take our calls, questions and emails. We were first time buyers and unfamiliar with the process but felt confident in being led through it by The Property Center.

Abysmal communications, poor service and prepared to waste the time of purchasers so think twice before listing your property. I made an appointment to view a property over a week a go, the agent gave me the time and day. I had a phone call in the morning to confirm I was attending. "oh yes". I arrived 20 minutes before the allotted time and left 20 minutes after, having travelled an hour to get there. No phone call, no apologies, no text. Richard Dey was supposed to be the accompanying agent - well, all I can say, anyone advertising their investment for sale with this agent will not get the service they deserve if that's anything to go by and I for one, will not have any dealings with them going forward

GoogleLook no further than the Property Centre Cheltenham and especially Barney who has the ability to take the stress out of buying a house. Top rate service and communication I was kept up to date with everything, also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Agency and from experience they are a cut above the rest!

GoogleHonestly the loveliest agency ever! We had a lot of viewings with people that know what the market is like and just didn’t care because they knew it would go anyway but the communication and just general service from The Property Centre Cheltenham has been above and beyond, a lovely lovely experience!
