GoogleWe were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher

TrustpilotAVOID AT ALL COSTS
We used RA Bennet to let our property and fully manage it- what a mistake! They withheld our rent, told us on the phone that the tenants hadn't paid rent which was completely untrue. They had been telling us (landlords) that tenants wouldn't answer the phone to arrange repairs and had been telling the tenants that we as landlords would not pay for the repairs! We now manage the property ourselves and it is much less stress and communication is so much easier. Landlords - manage the property yourself this company only make life harder and make your tenants think you are a terrible landlord. Tenants - beware this company will lie about you to landlords and get you a terrible reputation.

Appalling estate agent. Would not recommend. Went to view a house and they forgot the key, then we rearranged and they forgot the appointment and then tried to push us back further to view the house when we were first to view it originally! Then when we went in for a mortgage advisor appointment there, they were discussing the house we had put an offer on in front of us and saying “it’s estimated value of what they can get if it’s done up”and then booking a viewing for another client after having that conversation in front of us! They then never phoned us to tell other people have bided on the house until we phoned them and it was too late to counter offer. Then we never heard anything until they sold it. DO NOT RECOMMEND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

GoogleReally fast and efficient service. Sophie and Adam were proactive with their communications throughout and explained things in clear terms which was a godsend for a first time buyer. The team also ensured that the purchase went through fast and efficiently, which took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Thanks again to all the whole team.

TrustpilotEvesham branch ignores requests
Evesham branch constantly sending me details of wrong type of houses, even though I have emailed them 6 times, spoken to them on the phone and unsubscribed from marketing, but still they send me wrong types of houses. I’ve been told branches are targeted to send so many emails, make so many calls etc a week, so basically they are just spamming their customer base. Ended up blocking their account to spam folder. Would suggest anyone looking to sell a house looks elsewhere, as buyers like me avoid them.

Tried to look at a property, offered two and a half days in the week, and they had noone available to show me the property. Tried with the next week, same availability, still no one available. If you are marketing your property with them, and wonder why it is not selling, it's because it is impossible to view with them!! I'd chose another agent!

My daughter was buying her first house, a new build and RA Bennetts, Evesham were the appointed agents. Firstly, they didn't like the fact that we appointed our own mortgage adviser rather than use theirs, but I have NEVER experienced this..................they sold us the WRONG HOUSE!!! Yep we viewed the same house twice, and were shown the show home....never did anyone ever tell us we weren't buying that plot but the house next door instead. It got to the solicitor stage before it was picked up. Having looked through the windows of the house she WILL purchase (still to be finished) The kitchen spec is different, the tiles are different, the layout is in reverse. We've never been inside the house that she will ultimately own!

GoogleAfter looking for months for a house to rent in Cheltenham we went to view a house on a Saturday morning. We instantly fell in love with it and the agent who showed us around was so helpful and friendly they made the process of renting painless. This was also reflected when we saw the house again and the other agent let us view it. We felt so at ease with them which was really helpful as it meant we were not afraid to ask questions which they answered quickly and promptly. Can highly recommend Jenna and the team at the Evesham RA Bennett office. They worked tirelessly to sell my late-father's house and found buyers really quickly. They dealt with a really quite horrible initial buyer with patience and grace, and immediately found me another when that buyer pulled out. Their communication was excellent at all times and I was always kept in the loop, and despite being located 120 miles away in London, I always felt like everything was under control. They are refreshingly genuine and don't lapse in to 'estate agent speak' or indulge in the usual blathering you get from some agents.Great stuff.

Credit where Credit is Due goes the saying! Simply, in our experience RA Bennett are the most proactive and professional firm of estate agents we have dealt with. We have sold 4 properties through them in the last 20 years, both here in Broadway and Blockley nearby. Mandy Headington and her very able team at Broadway handled an extremely difficult leasehold property sale for us. We were regularly contacted and informed of progress each step of the way, and after many nail biting weeks of this protracted conveyance, due mainly to leasehold complexities, they brought the process to a most satisfactory conclusion. When considering appointing an estate agent, we would more than recommend approaching the Broadway office. Our thanks goes out to Mandy, Abby and Louise.
