TrustpilotFantastic service!!
Just purchased a property and found the service at Perry Bishop to be exceptional. Dealt with Stephanie and Jade who both did all that they could to help proceed the sale as quickly as possible. Both were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and were very knowledgeable and professional. We felt as though they were genuinely happy to help and pleased to be able to take the pressure off caused by solicitors delays. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

TrustpilotFantastic, Professional Service from the Team at Perry Bishop
Fantastic service from Perry Bishop (Cirencester Branch) throughout the whole selling process. This was a complicated sale due to the property being unregistered and initially an inheritance under a trust. However, the team at Perry Bishop, managed to wade through all the intricacies that this presented with consummate ease. Communication was excellent and timely. We’d like to thank the whole team at Perry Bishop, however a special thanks is deserved to Stephanie (who was responsible for the initial marketing and sales up to the point that a buyer was found) and Jade (who took over to complete the sale). We would definitely recommend the use of Perry Bishop if you want a totally professional and efficient property sales service. Thanks again!
Thank you Mark - very pleased to read and hear this , we have a great team who work hard to make a difference. Delighted all went so well. Best wishes Phillip Bishop MD Perry Bishop

Perry Bishop (Tetbury) provided an excellent service with the sale of property. Their local reputation of being professional and efficient was evident as they were able to identify potential buyers immediately. Regular communication helped the sale progress smoothly and we appreciated their services of regularly checking a vacant property and forwarding mail etc. Highly recommend this agent.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Our house sale was in danger of falling through until Michelle Murphy stepped in. It was her help and hard work that got us to where we are today. They well and truly earnt their money and I can't thank Michelle enough. Would happily use them again - though I have just moved into my dream home so don't want to move again 🤣

Would just like to say a huge thanks to Shirley at Perry Bishop Nailsworth who has been by far and wide the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Wish all estate agents could be like you Shirley! TrustpilotVery good experience with our sale
Very good experience with our probate sale. Communication was very good, (despite shaky start) we had lots of viewings and received emails detailing when they would be and weekly phone calls with updates on how things were progressing. Once a buyer was found, everything progressed smoothly to completion. Very happy and would recommend them. The front reception team were lovely and so pleasant to talk to. Thank you

GoogleAmazing to work with. We had to be a bit pushy to get a viewing on the house we eventually bought as they seem to be very popular thus little availability but I'm glad I persevered. They looked after us and the buyer really well with timely communication, lots of helpful suggestions for surveyor and the whole process went smoothly and quickly!
This is great - we are thrilled when we receive feedback like this. Best wishes Gavin Wallace MD Residential
