Good afternoon Michael, I am sorry to share that when you left the property you hadn’t made any effort to clean anything , it was thick with dust and debris in all the rooms, the bathroom and kitchen required extensive cleaning and the rear courtyard was overgrown. When you moved into the property it was brand new. The property was not managed by Perry Bishop and on numerous occasions we asked that you contact the landlord directly regarding your deposit and the proposed deductions. Quotes to rectify the damages were required before the remainder of your deposit could be released.

We had a very protracted sale where the chain broke twice and it was only thanks to Michelle’s perseverance and tenacity that we got it over the line the third time. She was a mistress of calm and the smoothing of waters. No obstacle was too great not to be moved. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Michelle was always there with a Plan B, C and D. There were times I’m sure when it must have felt like she was spending 80% of her time just on us. Thank you Michelle.
I’d also like to thank Gerry for her excellent negotiating skills and a special shout-out to Abby who, although not directly involved in our sale, always seemed to have a handle on what was going on, was unfailingly friendly and welcoming on the phone, and always always always passed on messages and/or got back to us.

I chose Perry Bishop to sell my house as I had been really impressed with them when they were the agent who sold it to me. Much more professional and competent than many other agents I had encountered in my house hunt. Through no fault of Perry Bishop my sale was delayed but the team maintained a personal touch and great communications and proactive approach to helping me through it all. They were also great when I had to rent out the house as I used them as the letting agent then too. Basically, they have been great, trustworthy, great communications, professional and always felt like they had my best interests at heart.
