We had 4 quotes completed by Cheltenham based estate agents and chose Jeremy at CJ Hole as he had clearly done his research on the property, gave me an honest view and a competitive price. Two initial things I really liked were the team viewings of the property so that everyone hosting viewings knew the property and all the details. Secondly, the recommended professional photographer was amazing. Highly recommend everyone use this service - it’s a small cost in the grand scheme of things and the photos looked great. CJ Hole was quick to get viewings in, had lined up prospective buyers before the property had gone live online. We had a few offers within a couple of weeks and agreed a buyer shortly after. Jenni was our main contact and she has been fantastic. Always responding to phone calls or emails, answer any questions and was a great go between the solicitors and our buyer making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so pleased we chose CJ Hole. The service has been excellent and the team working there are extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend using CJ Hole!!

Exceptional service with the most friendliest staff. Ethan took ownership and helped me and Mrs to find a house when we were looking for a rental home. He went out of his way by recommending houses that he thought that may suit us. I then got on to the habit of looking for houses that CJhole was hosting as it was a lot easier to deal with him than many any other agent who was full of attitude. I have recommended CJ hole to many mates and Ethan and the team has been great. Even after I rented the property, I never had to wait to get anything done as they property management services is extremely good. CJH were highly efficient. They were quick to make arrangements and go live after recommending an excellent photographer and independent solicitor. All staff who would conduct viewings visited our house beforehand for a full briefing/guided tour before viewings commenced. They were supportive, proactive and maintained good communications throughout, facilitating a very satisfactory outcome. First Class Service Throughout My daughter rented through Cheltenham CJ Hole and they were consistently professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. From viewing properties, to moving in, maintenance tasks during the rental and moving out, all stress free and a pleasure to deal with. The added ask was that my daughter has special needs and was nervous of strangers, CJ were alway empathetic and fully understood the need for clear communication and trusting understanding individuals, it was always handled so well. We recently rented a property in Cheltenham. Being new to the city, CJ Hole were extremely supportive throughout the move-in process. Paid a £380 holding fee

Paid a £380 holding fee after finding a wonderful property and was given a move in date. Booked time off work, arranged delivery van and started to box all our possessions only to be told a week later that the owner had decided to let the property privately. The time, energy and money wasted on this "transaction" is quite absurd. It's not a personal criticism and Alex was understanding of my annoyance but I do feel though that as a letting agent, there surely should be a contractual arrangement between the owner and agency to ensure this does not happen. I will absolutely not use C J Hole again as a result.

Just sold my parents house through C J hole in Cheltenham. I cant thank them enough for all there hard work in achieving the sale in a difficult housing market. From the initial valaution through to them preparing all the property particulars, the constant updates on all the viewings and there negotiaton skills with the offers.
