GoogleI have let 2 properties through CJ Hole and they have been extremely helpful at every stage. The lettings team are always there to advice, I had not let a property before and they explained the process clearly and answered any questions I had promptly. I have viewed properties with other agents who were less than helpful so was very pleased to find a second property with the help of CJ Hole. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleWe have had a really positive experience with CJ Hole, although in the end we did decide on a property not listed with them, they were friendly and helpful. Orrin found us properties that matched our specific requirements. When we viewed them he was friendly and approachable and didn't have the "hard sell" approach we have found so often with other letting agents. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

They then continued to manage the property for rental and after almost three years I have to say I cannot criticise them for anything. I do not live in the UK and so good service is essential and that is what they provide. I could not be happier with my agent.

GoogleIt is unfortunate to know that when you deal with certain companies that the human element is none existent. Life happens and usually compromises can be met. So if you are happy to deal with a company that is just business focused CJ Hole is fine, as the customer is not their main priority, just what is transacted through the books.

GoogleNational circumstances blighted the dale of the property - from elections, BREXIT, Christmas to 3 COVID lockdowns... C J Hole (Jackie and Jenny especially) have been holding our hands all the way and finally it has gone. The company organised video viewings (lovely pictures) to side step lockdown and have been professional throughout what was an emotional time. Thoroughly recommend.
