FacebookC J Hole was one of the most straight forward and friendliest lettings agents that I have dealt with before. From the moment that I rang to arrange a viewing, to the time that I moved out of the flat, everything was quick and easy. The lettings staff were professional but also super friendly and I felt comfortable asking any questions I needed to. I only ever had one issue at the property, but it was sorted as soon as possible once I had reported it. Would be happy to recommend.

GoogleWe have been fortunate to have rented a property through C J Hole for over 2.5 years. Throughout this time we have always found them to be professional, friendly, fair and helpful. If ever we had any problem with the property that we were renting, Jack, their Maintenance Manager, was always very approachable, quick to respond and effective in getting the right solution as quickly as possible. Justin and Janice appear to run a "tight ship" offering a high service with well trained and helpful staff, and we would not hesitate in renting through them again in the future, or in fact recommending them to any potential Tenant or Landlord. Thank you for looking after us so well!

This was no small task as the whole process through no fault on their part took 5 months. Jenni showed the patience of a saint and always kept us fully informed. I will only use C J Hole for both sales and rental as they always offer a professional service second to none.

During the process of selling our flat in Cheltenham we were really please to have Jennie Moore in C J Hole "fighting our corner" in the face of having a very inexperienced (incompetent?) solicitor. Jenni worked tirelessly to ensure the sale was successful, often undertaking work that the solicitor should have done. She kept us informed of progress and problems, remained in contact with both sets of solicitors to keep the process moving and generally ensured overall success. Without her help we do not believe the sale would have been successful

FacebookI wana tell you a storeeey , contacted CJ hole, I have exchanged on my house looking for a let 6 -12 months but I have a dog, told that they have two properties that might take me and the dog the one in Charlton Kings would be ok, told the young lady, she said the gentlemen dealing with this was out of the office but on his return would contact me, this call was made between 9.30 and 10.30 am at 4.00pm I contacted them again, the gentleman was out of the office again but would try to contact me again! (my phone log disputes this) still no call. I sent an email the following morning early(today) I received a confirmation that I would be contacted very soon, it is now 5.40pm still no contact, I THINK THAT THERE IS A NASTY SMELL IN THE HOLE (CHELTENHAM)

This was our first move in 24 years & the staff talked us through the whole thing. The first buyer dropped out just before completion & the staff helped us through this difficult time, then got us back on our feet & sold the house again very quickly. Since buying our very first property to let, Jack has helped us by answering all our questions and making sure we fulfil all our landlord obligations. He replies to emails promptly and thoroughly and made it seem like nothing is too much trouble. He also makes sure we don't spend more money than we need to for repairs etc. His colleagues (whom I have not met) also seem to be professional and efficient either by email or on the telephone.
