GoogleAfter Molly Sharp, withheld crucial information which would have aided landlord making a decision prior to viewing the property and then meeting the landlord. I have withdrawn from the most amazing property due to the lack of communication of correct information and no proffesionalism. Full details will be sent to manager in due course

GoogleSpoke to one of your colleagues regarding a property and was told I would need a guarantor or 12 months rent due to my partner being self employed. If I had 12 months rent upfront I wouldn’t be renting, I’d be buying. Very poor. Was told it wouldn’t pass government checks - not sure where they are getting this information but they are wrong and this is discrimination. Couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and even hung up before I said bye. Would not recommend for such poor attitude.

GoogleAs a landlord I've been very happy with the service I've received from CJ Hole over the last 12-months. They've always been prompt to address any issues or enquiries I or my tenants have, and if the services of an outside contractor is required they are able to quickly source a professional company. CJ Hole recently helped me upgrade my property and sourced new tenants. This they did in a very effective and efficient manner, getting various quotes in a timely manner. I've been helped by several of the team at CJ Hole including Sarah, Charlotte, Jessica, Wesley, Jacqui and Justin and they've all been excellent. Overall I'm delighted with their service and can recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent in the Cheltenham area.
