GoogleI will warn anyone who is serious about purchasing a property to not use this company. I am a cash buyer and enquired about viewing a property. As a business owner I was unable to view the property myself as I work away, so my father viewed on my behalf. On arrival he was looked up and down by Luke, as if he shouldn’t be there. I tried to arrange a viewing for Friday myself and was told by Joe the vendor is pausing the sale and their not taking viewings. My partner rang up on the Saturday as was told she can book a viewing and the property is available. I have purchased properties numerous times without having to have a pre arranged viewing. After my father viewed I was ready to put in a serious cash offer, but was declined the chance as I hadn’t viewed the property myself. Luke & Joe are both very unprofessional & Joe lied to myself in regard to the property not being available for viewings. So if you are a serious cash buyer and wanting to purchase a property then please do not use Charles Lear.
