Lucy and her team at Charles Lear were amazing when I needed help finding a new home in Cheltenham. I only had one day to view a variety of properties and after seeing a property I liked with them in the morning, asked if it was possible to visit it once more later that day - she rescheduled her timetable and made it happen. The rest of the process was very smooth and their communication was excellent throughout all the way up until completion. Would highly recommend Lucy and her team if searching for a new property! I recently sold a 2 bedroom apartment in Cheltenham through Charles Lear. Their advice on pricing the property to sell in a slow housing market was excellent and I was delighted to receive an offer on only the 5th viewing in line with my expectations. It was a very compressed exchange and completion deadline due to summer holiday arrangements but Shae was excellent in managing the communication between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. I would highly recommend their services due to their in depth knowledge of the local market and professionalism throughout.

Charles Lear were appointed after a previous agent had failed to perform, giving us incorrect advice. Vanessa initially came to meet us and impressed us with her professional, but comforting approach, and the research she had done on us prior to the visit. Its been a tough market but CL have pushed our property hard. Their communication has been fantastic with regular bi -eekly calls to update on the market and house specifics. They found us a buyer in a barren land. Shae worked with great tenacity and professionalism to bring this overseas buyer through the process. Of course there were a rew hiccups on the way, but Shae remained calm and collected, advising both sides to ensure a good process was achieved. Thank to the Charles Lear team, a job well done.
