GoogleAvoid like the plague!!! We left our house in a better condition than when we moved in. Always paid rent on time, always had a glowing report after inspections, tidied the garden (as it was a jungle when we moved in) painted the walls white as they were grimey etc! Landlord kept most of our deposit for things the previous tenant had done even though we had pictures! When we asked to see receipts for the unnecessary work that was supposedly undertaken after we left (that our deposit should have paid for) , Andrews refused! Clearly pocketed the money! Plus during our tenancy we had no hot water or central heating for two weeks when we had that awful snow and no one cared! Only when we refused to pay our rent until someone came to fix it, were things done. Please I urge you to never use this agency, especially if you are good tenants who would look after the property as they will take all your money!

Hi Grant, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re sorry to read that you had a negative experience when dealing with us regarding your purchase 9 months ago. I have looked in to the file and can see that this particular transaction took around 2.5 months to exchange despite the fact that the vendors of the property you were were buying from, were purchasing a leasehold property. The average freehold transaction is currently taking around 3 months to go through and leasehold transactions are taking in excess of 4 months so I cannot see where the poor experience came from. I have looked through the notes and can see that you were always responded to promptly by the consultant who advised when he could help and when the queries were better answered by your solicitors so again, I cannot see where he was unprofessional. With regards to the keys it would be great if you could advise of the promises that were made and not kept by providing further feedback to myself: jmatthews@andrewsonline.co.uk.
