The Andrews Team looking after me (Gracie and George from lettings) were fantastic, all the way from viewing the rental property, to patiently answering my questions, to guiding me through all of the stages and checks needed to secure the flat I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and responses were extremely quick. Their online portal was so easy to use and had prompts if you got stuck and they provided all the guides I needed. Booked a viewing with Andrew’s of a property in St Peter’s close in Cheltenham- they could not open the door, we had a second try booked that they cancelled, then the third trip to the property they could not open the door again. We called their office to complain but despite the web site stating they are open until 1800hrs everyone had left at 1730. If you can’t trust them with the basics how can you trust them at all.

My husband and I recently moved to Cheltenham for work. We had to urgently look for an affordable place to rent so that we cut air bnb costs and expenses. We used Andrew's to look for a property and our assistant was Gracie Starkey, she's a pleasure to work with, what a gem you have within the company. You find out how good a company is when things go wrong , as a tenant I had flooding . The lengths Holly Turrle and K O’Donnel went to resolve the situation was outstanding . Holly was the lady you first showed around the flat and continues to support when ever needed , escalated the problem quickly and communicated well throughout. K O’Donnell worked extremely had with various parties to ensure the drainage issue was resolved , before the forecasted rain arrived . If it weren't for Garry Maisey I wouldn't own my home. I can honestly say I've never dealt with anyone as honest, patient and just plain great at their job. From the very beginning of what was a long and difficult journey to completion Garry went to bat for me over and over again. When the bank pulled the mortgage offer at the last minute he made them reinstate it, when solicitors were obstructive he dived in and straightened them out, when the vendors were tricky he worked with the estate agent to iron out the kinks. When I'd totally lost hope he ploughed on and got us over the line. Also the team supporting him are outstanding especially Lisa, a complete star. No question was too stupid he went massively above and beyond to help me. Communication was brilliant, knowledge was brilliant, tenacity was amazing and positivity was unfailingly high from start to finish. I will never use any other mortgage advisor and cannot recommend him strongly enough. If you don't use Garry Maisey you are a complete fool, he is absolutely the best there is.
