My wife and I have just purchased our first home thanks to the amazing help from Garry Maisey. Buying our first house would have been stressful enough without having to navigate the minefield that is solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisor paperwork. Thankfully, Garry made all of this incredibly stress-free and easy and kept us informed every step of the way. I am so disappointed with Andrew’s. I am selling my house through them and since having an offer, the communication is terrible. Handed from one person to the next. No one is leading the process. Very difficult to call anyone. No proactivity or ownership. Selling through Andrew’s Cheltenham has been the worst process I have experienced when selling property. I would never recommend them and if my sale falls through, I would definitely switch agents.

The real estate agents will waste your time. The photos used for many listings were old and not reflective of the current state of the properties. These were the only real estate agency to ask for full proof of mortgage in principle before viewings and stated over the phone that this was to prevent time wasters, unfortunately they proceeded to waste our time on multiple occasions. The woman who showed us around a couple of properties did not know basic details of the properties and even tried to convince us that a large wet patch and missing light fixture was nothing and simply "drying paint". Generally this business should remember that viewers are potential customers and should be treated as such. I would not recommend selling using Andrew's. They are known locally for not passing on offersand being slow and v poor at communicating between sellers/buyers
