I was thinking of getting a 2 bedroom maisonette and work from home in order to save time on commuting and do not miss office calls at work, I was in touch with Andrews, They arranged viewing to a property on London Road Morden and the price quoted was affordable. They asked me to deposit £500 in order to put my offer towards the landlord which I did, they have not handed over any terms and conditions for the deposit, but when I asked the lady in their Morden Lettings Office, She said If I do not have any CCJs (County Court Judgements) then even if I fail, I will be refunded in full, I provided all the documents they needed as I work full time and have my own established business, but they still deducted £250 which was against what they promised, I would never trust Andrews Online Estate Letting Agents Again and will never recommend to my friends too. They were very pushy, aggressive and above all, they did very against to what they said on the phone as well in person. I will never use Andrews Online State Agents Letting or Buying Service in Future. Beware!!!

We have been trying to get viewing for properties to rent, however after many emails, online forms, phone messages and even Facebook messaged nobody seems to get back to us about organising them! How they have tenants I have no idea, as nobody can get viewings! I dread to think how they would be if we did rent from them, safe to say after reading other reviews I wil avoid like the plague.

Akshar has most patiently managed my queries through the tenure of the contract negotiation and Tony managed the back end, helping secure the house buy. Rented a property, that we had to deep clean,paint kitchenwalls and get landscape Gardner to sort back garden out as over grown. Boiler didn't work when moved in either. Reported various problems, threadbare carpet, backdoor frame rotten, manhole cover front garden not secure.Then when we left the property 6 MTHS after they held back money saying behind radiators was dust.Oh we had sparky out too who said wiring in garage was illegal too.Please stay clear.
