TrustpilotFirst class service
We were buying a house being sold through Andrews and (although not their customer directly) found their service to be outstanding Katie Maggs in particular was instrumental in making the house sale smooth and was better than solicitors at sorting issues! We would highly recommend listing and buying properties through Andrews and we will certainly do this in the future

TrustpilotWithholding rent from Landlords!!!
Owed rent from them from March I have phoned over and over and always an excuse. The favourite is I’ll get someone to phone you back and guess what!! NOT ONR RETURNED CALL!!! a joke of a company and the main boss hides behind his staff. Stop ripping your landlords off and pay them the rent the tennents have paid YOU and is sitting in your bank account!

TrustpilotHappy since 2008
Have used Andrews since 2008 to manage a property. Have always found them professional, friendly and helpful. They have always managed to find tenants and so the property has rarely been vacant. Their managing of repairs or any kind of decorative work has been excellent. Would recommend.

I deal with the Co op team at Andrews Properties. I must say that they have taken prompt action with any issue I have had with the flat, arranging a contractor to sort the problem on the same day it was reported. They are also friendly, and very helpful with any general query I have had. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotAshley, Claire and the Team at Westbury-on-Trym
I thought we had set Ashley & Claire an impossible task with the sale of my tenanted property with so many demands and complications. But they achieved everything we asked of them and from start to finish in less than 10 weeks from offer to completion ! Thank you again.
