Whilst I understand he's a fairly new estate agent, he struck the perfect balance of being knowledgable about the property and its specifics (not always a given!), not pointing out the blindingly obvious ('here's the cooker' - yes, I've actually had that before : ) whilst also hanging back enough and giving us 'space' to view the property and feel at ease there without feeling he was crowding us (something that happens all too often and can be quite off putting when you're viewing a house). More Connors please!
