I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!

We settled on Andrews (Wallington branch) after interviewing 3 other agents. James, the branch manager, came across the best of all and we were not let down throughout the whole process. His whole team were exemplary leading to a very speedy and smooth sale.The open house was handled very well to give everyone plenty of time, the communication to potential buyers and to ourselves the entire time was thorough and we felt very well looked after.We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James and his team and the charitable organisation behind Andrews gives an added bonus in choosing them above other agents.

Exceptionally a great service, photos of my property was taken on the Friday, I was happy with the results on the Monday - went live on W.W.W. On Tuesday sold my house in just one day. Had 8 viewings which was all arranged for one day and was sold, all people who came were vetted so no time waster’s by the team at Andrews of Orpington Branch, Many thanks to Stan, Lee & Tracy for all their support to get my house sold in a total of 12 weeks which was amazing.

What fantastic people at Andrews Estate Agents in Worcester Park. They are always ready to answer questions or concerns, and keep you involved and informed at every step. This is extremely reassuring, when buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Antony and Graham went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for me. If you’re a bit sceptical about Estate Agents (as I was), then go with Andrews. They will not disappoint!

I am most impressed by how diligent and patient the client support advisor, Tracy Burden is. She called me on the first day she took over the case and has been following up on both sides from the beginning all the way to the completion. My purchase was very complicated and lengthy in process, but Tracy was extremely helpful and professional to ensure the transaction happen in the end. I would not buy my house without her help! The hard work from the sales and customer support team is very much appreciated.

Andrews are one of the finest agents in this locality. They do own research on the property and near by area which is definitely a wow factor which none of the other agencies do. On top of it Nancy Henley is very nice, calm, friendly and she always has a smile on her face which makes the viewing of the property even more pleasant. From a tenant’s perspective, I can’t recommend Andrews in Winterbourne highly enough. Mel, who was our property manager throughout the tenancy, provided an outstanding service. Whether it was a leak that needed fixing or paperwork that required completing, Mel ensured that it was dealt with quickly, professionally and thoroughly every time. We felt supported throughout our tenancy and even when issues arose, Mel, Mark and the rest of the team did an amazing job to sort everything out with professionalism and efficiency. They deserve five stars and beyond. I rarely write reviews, but our experience has prompted me to write one this time. Thanks again!

Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

Issy at the Downend branch - Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions I fired at her and I asked around 50!! If she couldn't answer she would find out for me.Even in between showing me around the house was full of good general conversation and didn't make me feel uncomfortable.Excellent job! A prime example and experience of why virtual tours aren't as good as being there with a rep!
