I met Mukul Mehta the mortgage and protection adviser at the Kingsbury office about 7 years ago when he got me the mortgage and here we are again he helped me again with another mortgage deal for a bigger house, I would highly recommend Mukul to anyone that is looking to buy a house or a flat he made it look easy and took the stress off me. Due to a variety of reasons, my move proved to be more stressful than I could have ever imagined. However throughout this challenging time, Isaac, Matt, and rest of the team working at 'Andrews Estate Agents'-Reigate/Horley branches , remained supportive, eager to resolve unexpected issues (that at times crept outside of their remit) and, as always, they stayed professional at all times. I don't plan to move again, anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely use them again.

I appointed Andrews for the sale of my property and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the outset, all staff have been friendly, professional and efficient. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for. I am now in my new home and want to say a huge thank you to Emma, I couldn’t have done it without you!

I received an excellent service by Lorna from the barnet and kingsbury branch. She was great at handling the referencing process for a new tenant, completing all paperwork at a very fast rate. This was done proactively before the Easter weekend and Lorna ensured a smooth transition to a new tenancy very quickly. She's competent, easy to work with, flexible proactive and responsive to all queries. She always responds to calls I'm very thankful to Andrews and their staff for the meticulous service they offer.

After a few problems during the sale of my mothers house, (not entirely Andrews Estate Agents Westbury on Trym branch's fault) after 10 months the sale finally went through. Claire and Ashley were up against it with one of the purchasers in the chain, however after dealing with the problem it was all sorted even though it tried everyone’s patience ! Well done guys, we got there in the end ! 😊

A huge thank you to the lettings team at Andrews Reigate branch, in particular Ed, Maria and Isa. They did a wonderful job in marketing my property for the rental market and achieved over the asking monthly rental. They absolutely smashed it out of the park! They were extremely professional from the very beginning and maintained regular contact with me concerning any updates. They are a fantastic team, and in my opinion the number one lettings agency in Reigate and Redhill. I cannot recommend them enough! Andrews was by far our favourite estate agent to deal with during our entire house hunting process. We mainly dealt with Brian in Andrews Purley who was great with his level of knowledge and his friendly manner. Honestly they were great to deal with. Issac from Andrews Redhill was lovely when it came to viewing a property in Merstham. Though our final property has been found through a different agent, we plan to list said property with Andrews later down the line due to these two gems!

We’ve never had a better experience buying a property than when Andrews (Redhill branch) were selling one to us.Even when things were all out of control, up in the air and extremely stressful for us, Andrews were always calm, polite and helpful, putting us at ease in the most stressful parts of this life-changing transaction.Big thanks to Isaac Biggerstaff, Graeme Byrne and Katie Andrews towards the end for their amazing efforts and upstanding professionalism.To top it all off, they even gifted us some beautiful flowers and a bottle of champagne alongside our keys to our new home! This was so unexpectedly, unnecessarily kind I wasn’t sure what to think. Even our own estate agents hadn’t done that for us.To summarise, Andrews (Redhill branch) deserve a lot more than a 5 star review in our opinion, so give them your business should you be thinking about moving.
