GoogleWilliam H Brown were very good and supportive. From the moment I spoke to Terry right through to the end They kept me updated at all times. Within 2 days of going on the market an offer was made. Ash, Mason and Jack were very good in dealing with all queries. There were a few bumps along the way but nothing was too difficult for William H Brown to resolve. Thank you all very much.

GoogleI called the agent today morning about the property enquiry in Oasis Court, Chelmsford., I checked the property consists of electric stove or gas stove? He said electric and I said unfortunately not interested with electric. As soon as agent came to know about my disinterest he disconnects the call in between the call. So rude, very very rude agent in lettings team. So, I would just thought of share my experience in google reviews & trust pilot.

GoogleWe have a rental flat in Chelmsford and decided to change agency. We approached Bethan and she was super professional, friendly and helpful and viewed our flat with her colleague; Ash. We were very impressed with their market knowledge and decided to use them as our agents. Their responses were always quick and they found us a new tenant within 24 hours! We hope our ongoing relationship with them is as efficient and personable.

GoogleHaving just completed on a purchase marketed by William H Brown it has most definitely finished on a sour note. I mainly dealt with Megan, and Byron. Byron was great on viewings, answered questions and put forward any queries we had. Megan, yep she was good, did anything I asked, I can't fault her. However when we exchanged and then completed we had letters ONLY addressed to my husband (although I had done all correspondence). This I found slightly offensive and sexist so I phoned the office to talk it through, the result of that phonecall is why Megan and Byrons hard work has now been down graded. Lee answered the phone, I highlighted the error in letters and that I found them offensive and borderline sexist, the answer from Lee was condescending, unkind and had a very mocking manner, actually, he laughed at me when I said to him I said he wasn't being kind about this. My aim of that phonecall was to highlight the error so it doesn't happen again. What a shame.

GoogleHad a really smooth and overall excellent experience with William H Brown. Thank you to the whole team, but in particular my mortgage adviser Rob Jones, highly recommend him as he provided the best options to fit my needs, always responded by email and text promptly and an all round nice person. Also recommend the lifetime mortgage service as for a bit more I’m now stress free for mortgage services going forward!

GoogleMegan from William H Brown Chelmsford was brilliant. Sold my property twice instantly when I had to pull out of the first sale. Updated me every step of the way, dealt with all the hassle of it all and got me the very best price for my property. You certainly get what you pay for instead of going for a "Mickey Mouse Online Agency". Would highly recommend and will be the only Estate Agency I would use moving forwards.

GoogleMe and my boyfriend are first time buyers, I looked in many estate agency's and William h Brown was the friendliest and most helpful from the beginning. Our mortgage advisor Tom was easy to talk to would explain everything in a way you can understand, Sarah has been amazing and chased everyone to get our completion done on the date we needed, very lovely lady I couldn't of asked for a better person on the case.
