Amazing service from William H Brown Chelmsford, Connor was very professional, quick at getting back to me with updates and worked around me with times for viewings (late evenings). I viewed a property and moved in within a week. Alex and Connor were both very helpful and professional, lovely people too which always helps. Would recommend:)

GoogleAfter weeks of looking to rent in Chelmsford and feeling desperation and helplessness, William H Brown is like a breath of fresh air. I’ve been working with Ash and Beth in finding a house and what immediately stood out to me is how I’ve been treated like an actual person instead of a business opportunity. They have been extremely helpful and very patient with me and were very responsive and clearly and precisely answered every question I had, no matter how trivial. They helped me explore my options and made this whole excruciating experience easier and it was such a relief knowing I had them to help me through it. If I were to be looking to move somewhere, they would be the first people I’d get in touch with and would recommend William H Brown, and Beth and Ash, to whoever is house hunting in Chelmsford.

GoogleDealt with Sarah on buying a property through WHB and wow, very thorough and helpful. Chased the whole chain to make sure all was sorted out and gave good helpful advice when asked. Was on top of everthing like the solicitors should be, luckily she was on top of chasing. Thank you for everything.

GoogleWe sold our house via W H Brown. Although not the cheapest, you get what you pay for. Service was brilliant. When things got a bit complex, Ash was on the phone shasing things through and making sure we exchanged contracts on time. Would definitely use if we sell again.

GoogleUnprofessional. Reduced property price on listing ‘without’ permission and made countless errors. Very unapologetic about their mistakes. These errors affected the perceived value of our property resulting in below market rate offer. I would NOT recommend.

GoogleDuring a time where moving is so hard and stressful we had two fantastic agents named Ashley and Agathe. They made the moving process a pleasure. They were readily available to answer any of our queries and provide the help we needed at the ease of a phone call. We could not have completed the moving process without the incredible support of these two wonderful agents. GoogleMy experience with Willian H Brown letting department has been excellent. I received a brilliant service from Ashley and Aggy. Ashley did my viewing and was very informative and helpful. All of my queries by email and telephone were dealt with very efficiently and the service was friendly and professional . Even after the tenancy start date Ashley continued to help with my queries and went above and beyond the level of service I expect from a letting department. Highly recommend!
