GoogleI have never been so pleased with Agathe and her colleagues. I have had an absolutely hard time finding a location considering I have been abroad and needed to find a place as soon as I came back to the UK. Understanding the company's policy, Agathe was extremely kind enough to accommodate me and made sure I was serious in the rental property. Furthermore, her kindness has given me the comfort I needed to ensure I was dealing with a profession and respectful company and that I wasnt being treated as just "another customer". Overall I'm so pleased with this company, the people whome they have chosen to board on into their team has definitely showed value and a recognition for enhanced customer service. GoogleOne very rude member of staff calling out in background trying to tell me that a seller would not accept an offer I proposed, very unprofessional and rude especially as my offer was accepted!!!. The member of staff I dealt with was quite helpful and pleasant but could have made more effort in finding a garage key which was hanging up with other keys, this meant although purchasing the property I still have not seen inside the garage!!

GoogleIf the review was just about the "dynamic duo" of Agathe and Ashley then 5 stars would be warranted and well-earned. My wife's flat came onto the letting market and Aggy proposed a higher rental income than our alternative agency felt comfortable committing to. They had no difficulties sourcing tenants with a professional background at the promised rent. There were a couple of administrative glitches, possibly because a) we wanted the tenancy agreement slightly tweaked from the boiler-plate (it was non-sensical as it was in a couple of places) and b) we wanted the deposit paid into DPS rather than the TDS that WHB like to pedal. So there were a couple of "go-arounds", where I sensed that the administrative office struggled to get perfection in matching our requirements that were ever so slightly non-standard from WHB's perspective. Anyway, the dynamic duo plugged those gaps quite quickly, without any push-back onto us. Ashley and Agathe always promptly responded to our questions, even late into the evenings sometimes, and presented a very professional (maybe swans on a lake!) front for WHB. We would be very happy to use this team when our next property becomes available.

GoogleHave used W H Brown Estate Agents for letting since a year now. We're into our second letting and the service received has been nothing short of EXCELLENT!! Both time lets have been fulfilled within 2 weeks of advertising, which for a landlord is very satisfying. The whole process between landlord and tenant was very efficient and easy. The agency is very easy to talk to and all queries handled professionally and in a timely manner. I would definetly recommend using this agency for any letting. I would like to give a special shout out to Agathe DeVictor, who has been our letting manager and who is a true proffesional. Keep up the good work.
