They deserve ZERO, disgusting service, I have been chasing them for months, they acknowledge first and totally ignore the request, to get someone on the phone is impossible, the person you looking for is always out and the person take the call and supposed to pass the message perhaps bin the message after the phone call, it's been the case for last 2 months, I am not recommend them for any of their services, stay away from these unprofessional people.

Immediately following easing of the Spring lockdown they worked very hard to secure a sale which is now due to complete in early December. We got William H Brown and another well known Chelmsford agent round to value our property: I liked both valuers and was impressed with the stats from both agents but at the time I went with the other agent. The other agent sold me on how popular they were, how many properties they had sold etc. However, upon instruction, I was met with the first of many hurdles with them....they rarely answered their phones and when they did, my messages didn't get through and no one ever called me back - my emails would also go unanswered. This worried me: what if someone was trying to contact them to view my property? After 8 weeks and just a handful of viewings (all of which I had to constantly chase for feedback....at no point whatsoever did they ever call me directly with any feedback!) I decided to serve them notice and I went cap in hand to William H Brown, apologising for not choosing them in the first place. They were great! I was assigned Ashley as my point of contact in the office and the phones were always answered swiftly and I always got to speak to Ashley directly. In the event that Ashley was on a call with another client, I always had my calls returned quickly. When Ashley was on annual leave, Megan was my point of contact and the continuity wasn't disrupted at all. I always got timely feedback from the viewings as well. When we found a buyer (within 3 weeks of signing up with them!), the process continued smoothly: Ashley was great with keeping me up to date with the conveyancing process. I can hand on heart honestly say that William H Brown were just brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone! My only regret is that I didn't choose them at the beginning.
