Thanks to Lloyd our house was on the market in hours, and he kept us updated every scary step of the way - from getting our mortgage secured to finding the right buyer for our home. We purchased a house through haart, what was advertised was not as it seemed. There was problems from the off set ! Absolutely no service provided from haart to start with some times 3-5 days until it was possible to talk to some one. What should have been a “Quick sale” took 3 house moves & 7/8 months later we arrived ! Only reason this was possible was with the professional help from Leah, I can not recommend Leah enough. She really went the extra mile to help, from attending the vendors house to help clear items & completing paper work she did not have to be involved in, Evan taking time out of her own day to help. Thank you Leah for all your help, you made it all that little bit easier.

We were the buyers of a property that Haart were the agents for and due to many factors including the pandemic and the stamp duty holiday what should have been a simple sale with a small chain ended up taking 9 months from offer accepted to completion. Throughout the process Leah at Haart was always very helpful and willing to go through things with us even when at times I was calling daily for updates. In this very stressful time Leah was instrumental in keeping all parties up to date to try and keep the ball rolling and get us to completion. Thanks to you we finally have our family home.

My experience with Haart Lettings Chelmsford has been amazing. Shannon has been helping me out from the beginning and she has communicated each phase of the process clearly and in good time for me to be able to fill in and upload the appropriate information. She has been very patient and has always considered my work schedule whilst trying to complete my application. Even with my sudden viewing requests when I had a small space in between work, she managed to arrange for me to come and quickly have a look at the room and made sure the viewing was carried out in accordance with Covid-19 safety guidelines. She definitely has gone above and beyond helping me out and has remained enthusiastic and courteous throughout. As I am renting for the first time, I was quite worried about the process but I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through it all. I feel completely reassured by Shannon’s approach and hope that in future I will receive the same level of service as I have this time around. Overall, I’m so thankful to Shannon for the effort and care she has put into my application, it has been a very positive experience and introduction into renting for me.

Great estate agents who look after their landlords and tenants. We are a contractor for Haart working closely along side their busy team, we carry out windows and doors repairs or replacements to Haarts properties. Alison has been excellent in making sure we have all the correct information and getting appointments arranged with landlords.
