Hi, I have recently experienced truly outstanding customer service, and it deserves recognition. I have been recently contacting number of estate agents and Sophia made me feel more then just voice over the phone ( that's how majority of estate agents makes you feel,, unfortunately). She actually responded to my email, asked me about my preferences, which you shall think it's standard, but unfortunately it's a " wow factor" nowadays. She was warm and accommodating over the phone. What stood out most was the combination of friendliness and competence. Even thought I haven't found my new place yet. I'd like to say big thank you. Kat

What can I say about Stephanie Edwards of Haart Estate Agents? Throughout the very stressful last few months of selling my current home and buying the new one, Stephanie has kept me updated from the bottom of the chain to the top. She has chased my solicitor for answers and kept me informed at all times. Even when she was sick or on her day off, she still kept me updated. Her professionalism is second to none, whilst also maintaining that calming friendly demeanour. Thank you Stephanie for keeping me level when my stress was going through the roof. Haart got our house sold just now. Overall I'd say they did a good job, although my wife has pointed to a few things she wasn't that happy with. The definite facts though: They got a ton of people round to see our house, and they communicated with us instantly and well when we had questions, even late in the evening. A particular shout out to Stephanie Edwards who fought to get the transaction past our unhelpful conveyancers --- without her good management of the sale it probably would not have happened. The reasons for not giving a 5-star review are that we felt that they could have given us advice about rewiring the house sooner, they didn't put a floor plan up, and my wife felt they might have over-stated how much the house needed work to clients. But overall, the facts don't lie: They got the people round the house, they got the property sold, and personally, I'd use them again.

I had a genuinely great experience with Haart Chelmsford, and especially with Emilia. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making sure I was always kept in the loop. Renting through Haart Lettings was a highly stressful experience. The property we rented was mouldy, no hot water and poorly insulated and all electric. When it came time to move out, the landlord bypassed the usual procedures and served us with an accelerated possession order. Additionally, the landlord seemed to target international tenants, particularly those who are not British or are non-English speakers, taking advantage of them to misbehave and overstep boundaries. This included stealing electricity, lie, unexpected visits, knocking violently at the door, and wasting everyone’s time with dodgy repairs. The list of issues goes on. If you decide to use their services, I strongly recommend conducting a thorough inventory check, documenting every issue you see or smell. They, along with the landlord, will pursue every penny. Overall, our experience was disappointing, stressful, and far from satisfactory.

Hussain is a very impressive young man. I was surprised that he was so young but very professional. He took time to study the properties and make notes in preparing for our viewings. He was acknowleable of the market and i felt completely at ease with him.
