Harry is an absolute professional,we have been looking at house for a few weeks now and by Far Harry has been the best informative and actually asks what we’re looking for etc and shows interest, believe it or not other estates agents just about manage a hello. This is a review for Harry Selvey not Haart Estate Agents. I don’t understand why I need to review the estate agent to provide feedback about Harry but maybe this is a way to get good review s for the estate agent themselves? What I do find frustrating with this estate agent (not Harry) is they hardly ever provide lease or service / ground rent charges on Rightmove like other estates do. Now back to Harry: Harry showed me around 3 apartments. Very friendly, professional and polite when showing me around and also attentive to any questions I had. I am sure wherever Harry works he will be a valuable member of the team. I would recommend Harry if viewing a property.

Over the last couple of years I have found myself dealing with many estate agents and letting agents. I had always been cautious of the industry mostly driven by the perceived image of the smarmy estate agent. However, I have been privileged to meet some good honest people with knowledge and integrity; not just from one meeting but built up over several months. This review is not driven by “the others” being terrible, in fact I find the industry to be of good standing but if you do find you ever walk into an agents’ branch and you feel like it’s just push for profit and target, then walk out; there is another agent just next door. Your needs are greater than theirs. Trust your gut. We shortlisted and it was a hard choice based on the above, but we settled on haart and have been privileged to work with Sophie Stallman as our main point of contact. Sophie Stallman of haart has been managing some property for us and I have good experience over the last 4-5 months of her involvement in preparing to let, advertising, letting, and moving property into haart from another agent. We have paid for a fully managed service. We get recognised if we turn up in branch, we get regular updates, we get direct phone calls if there is an emergency, and we get quick feedback if we have an enquiry. Properties get well advertised so they are quick to be let out. The experience with haart and Sophie has been very positive.

My time with Haart Chelmsford was really good considering how bad my solicitors have been throughout the process. Where they failed in multiple areas Haart helped at every step to push the solicitors to complete tasks and was available by phone and email in a timely manner nearly every time. Haart have proven one thing to me which I cannot say because I would be accused of misandry despite freedom of speech which should allow me but there’s a little company trying to take down my reviews because they are upset that I told everyone how they behave… What a soothing balm to such pain and distress Haart has been! Sophie and Danielle are probably two of the nicest agents and people I’ve ever met and I will be giving them my business from now on when I get clients who wish to sell or let through an agency. I’m disappointed I can’t offer the three I had at the beginning of the year. The entire team but especially Danielle and Sophie, are the epitome of how a letting agency should be run and how a let should be done; smiles, joy, cleanly and accurately, smoothly, no fuss, and EASY, not only are they both just the loveliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of having a short forced business interaction (which are usually uncomfortable with fake smiles, as an adult you should know the faked forced stuff and how moving is always about jumping through hoops). But this did not feel like we were being shoved through hoops. It was easy! Almost a pleasure-even considering they are trialling a new system which makes things harder. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble or objected to. Sophie and Danielle have never been anything but kind courteous polite people - more than that in fact. I’m delighted with the quick smooth easy letting Haart have done in a week. So much better than other larger more flashy agencies who are fake, false and lie wildly. Do yourself a favour and use Haart-it will bemuch less stressful and a pleasant experience with genuine and delightful people

I have always used smaller independent estate agents for selling properties but decided to try Haart based upon my experience as a potential buyer of a property Haart were marketing. I was wary of using a large company however I cannot fault them at all. Even without a chain there were complications with my sale and Haart worked hard with both sets of solicitors to get the sale across the line and kept me more informed than my own solicitors. There is a lot of competition in the market these days for 'non traditional' estate agents who charge a lot less per sale, but my advice would be to still use a more traditional agent and pay their fee - it was worth it. I would not hesitate in using them again. All of the team I dealt with were excellent.

Only recommendations for the Haart Chelmsford team, especially Sophie. From the beginning of stumbling upon one of their properties until now having moved in to the perfect flat, the communication was outstanding. Sophie always made sure to reply on a very short notice, ensure we have all the answers to our questions and kept us updated. Whenever she was not in, cover was always ensured to the same quality. Everything seemed simple and clear. And having found this flat without it even being listed, receiving the approval from the landlord within 24 hours of being sent the link for the property viewing is hardly comparable and gave us the certainty we needed.
