I contacted numerous estate agents in Chelmsford to let a flat that we had recently purchased. Sophie Stallman at Haart Chelmsford was extremely helpful from the start, I was aware of lettings process but not familar with the Chelmsford market and Sophie gave us lots of insights before even attending our property. She arrived ontime on the day to view the property and came well prepared, she spent time with us giving a full brief of the Haart services and expectations for the flat. Not over bearing but absolutley showed a desire to want to win our business. We advertised through Haart and must say that everything was completly professionally and with no fuss. Sophie always kept us updated and within two weeks we had a tenant moved in, and everything was completed as expected. I would highly recommend Sophie & team and if we are in the market again would happily go back to Sophie & Haart.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing my apartment from Haart, it was a very long process due to the conditions of the sale, Dan was very professional and straight to the point, which was very important to me, he was honest and trueful about dates and time lines which is exactly what you need when purchasing a property. Mia was extremely helpful in every step of the process, keeping me well informed and chasing the solicitors when necessary, she had excellent attention to detail and was very professional and friendly to deal with, makes such a difference when you have a great team to help you, as we all know these can be a very stressful times. 10/10 couldn't wish for a smoother hassle free purchase .

The estate agents were great, the manager Mia Richardson was even sweeter. I can see why she is the manager. She took initiative into her own hands from estate agents as soon as i made a complaint about my conveyancer. I feel sorry for this agency how much nerves they had, because of a conveyancer , who was like a person who just fell out of a tree. She cant do anything, she doesn't know how to do. Me and agency had to do all the work for her. Mia has great communication skills, she is professional, quick, organised and she goes, that extra mile for her costumers. She will go along way, i’m sure. Next time i hear about her , she will be an area manager. I’m sure of it. Thank you so much Mia Richardson

A few issues too iron out during the handover but all done very efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. We sold our property through Haart Estate Agents Chelmsford, in remarkable time. The property we purchased was besieged with several legal challenges, third party requirements and assurances. Selling and Buying property is an emotional and stressful period, particularly when things can slightly go off the rails especially when an urgent requirement is identified that required an immediate response. Leah was our nominated representative. Throughout the four month period she remained upbeat, keeping us informed on developments as well as the challenges through the legal and financial process. I am not ashamed to state that at times I was probably too demanding (emotions running high), but Leah demonstrated the moral courage and conviction to put me in my place, allaying my fears, which enabled the transaction to be completed. Similarly, our solicitor remarked on her proactive approach and positivity stating that he does not normally receive that level of service from other estate agents companies, particularly during exchange of contracts. Our other Estate Agent also spoke very highly of Leah’s professionalism, keeping him up to date on events. Upon reflection. Our property purchase was certainly not a simple process from start to finish. The team involved (estate agents and solicitors) made this happen and got it over the line. Leah played a significant role acting as the lynchpin. I would definitely recommend Haart if you are thinking of buying or selling. Equally, I’d request if you could have Leah to manage the transaction to completion. Thank you Leah.

We have had a great experience with Haart. The demand for housing in Chelmsford has been super high making securing a rented home a challenge, but Shannon and Lauren have helped us at every step and we are now very excited to move into our new home. Shannon has always been there on the phone for any questions we have, been able to quickly get us answers from the landlord and to give us updates on how the contracting is coming along. The team use Whatsapp to share new properties in your budget and share videos of the properties there which is much easier than emails and youtube links. They are also all setup to do the document signing and referencing remotely which was super helpful and efficient.

Haart were very good in selling our place- very efficient indeed and we sold quickly for a good price. However after that things took a turn for the worse because they recommended a conveyancer who was so bad we had to make two formal complaints. A simple sale with no chain took five months mainly due to this conveyancer and the other solicitor. The delay was only sorted out by the perseverance and excellent support of Leah from Haart who was always available to help us through the nightmare that we had with the conveyancers. If it wasn't for her we would probably still be waiting. Huge thanks to Leah who has excellent customer service skills and got things sorted out for us. I would advise that you don't touch anyone recommended by Haart for conveyancing.

Haarts estate agents, Chelmsford, provide an excellent service to both tenants and landlords alike. I was renting a property through Haarts and when circumstances changed, I had to find a tenant through Haarts and I found Haarts managed all aspects both finding a tenant and managing my own tenancy extremely well. My dealings were mainly with Danielle Lloyd from the lettings team and I found her extremely professional and hardworking. She and her team are prompt in their communication and thorough in all they do and provide a great service overall and I would highly recommend Haarts.
