I have recently moved into a rented property with Haarts, I first spoke to Danielle regarding the property on rightMove and unfortunately the property had gone to someone else but when this fell through Danielle called me to see if I was still interested, which I was. After this Sophie showed me around the house answered any questioned I had and was available on text to send questions anytime. The process was very quick and straight forward both Danielle and Sophie were so helpful. But I would like to give a special thanks to Sophie who was always at the end of the phone organised a last min second viewing so my kids could look around, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much to you both, we are now loving our new home.

Sophie was an amazing agent from start to finish. I enquired to find a new agency to lease my property as the previous agency used had let me down. The girls in the office got back to my enquiry almost immediately and within 24hrs had arranged an appointment to meet at my property and go through their services. Recently viewed a property through Haart Chelmsford. The viewing was lead by Shane Burgess. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, really flexible on timings (managing to squeeze me in a little earlier than originally scheduled) and an absolute pleasure to meet. The follow up communications were also great! Really attentive and just generally very helpful. Whilst my offer on the property was unsuccessful Shane made the whole process far less painful! Follow Up: 8th February 2022 Having been lucky second time round on this property, Leah Downes was appointed as my Move Manager. I cannot speak more highly of Leah. She has been an enormous support throughout the whole move process. Personable, organised and any questions I had she was able to answer immediately, or where she couldn't followed up within very short timescales after seeking the answers.
