Haart was a great place to get our letting set up. Sophie Stallman and Anthony Botha were excellent as the agents who handled our apartment to let. Sophie was really professional with her approach when we first contacted haart and was quick to set up our apartment online for letting and clarified everything letting related. Anthony was really swift, courteous and resourceful when he found some great tenants for us and setting up the tenancy side of things. He was really knowledgeable and patient with all the queries I had. I would definitely recommend them as a great estate management group who really have some talented estate managers/agents onboard

Would like to say a big Thank You to Mia Richardson at haart estate agents for her help with our house purchase in Chelmsford. Mia is such an asset to the team at Haart. Throughout the whole buying process, she really cared and stayed on top of both lawyers to ensure a smooth sale. Just a quick note to say how happy I was when I recently dealt with HAART estate agents in Chelmsford. Particularly Lloyd who first took on my flat, and then when I got a buyer, Mia who followed everything through. Mia was patient (when I kept calling her endlessly!) and really helped by chasing everything through and co ordinating all the different processes. I've had a generally positive experience with Haart agency over the past year. Their team is professional and they tend to attend to matters with due diligence. Danielle, at the start of my tenancy, handled the contract swiftly, which was quite appreciated. However, the real test of a rental agency is in the ongoing property management, and here, Haart's performance was a bit of a mixed bag. Allison and Sophie from the property management team did a good job maintaining the property, addressing issues as they arose. There were moments of delay and minor issues that took longer than expected to be resolved, but overall, they ensured the property was kept in a reasonable condition. In summary, my experience with Haart agency was satisfactory. Their service, while generally efficient, had room for improvements. I'd rate my satisfaction at a solid 7.5 out of 10, and I'd say they are a reliable choice for those seeking a trouble-free rental experience.

The estate agents were great, the manager Mia Richardson was even sweeter. I can see why she is the manager. She took initiative into her own hands from estate agents as soon as i made a complaint about my conveyancer. I feel sorry for this agency how much nerves they had, because of a conveyancer , who was like a person who just fell out of a tree. She cant do anything, she doesn't know how to do. Me and agency had to do all the work for her. Mia has great communication skills, she is professional, quick, organised and she goes, that extra mile for her costumers.
