To whom it may concern. Natasha Latimer and her team let my house, a pretty substantial pile in Little Waltham, and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The whole team weighed in to get the let over the line but Natasha, Queen of the Leases, was my main point of contact from the outset. She was a real pleasure to deal with, keeping me advised throughout, never complaining and making me laugh more often than a Micky Flannigan DVD on repeat. A top team that really work hard for you. When we decided to put our house on the market earlier this year, it was the first time selling a property for my husband and I. Damian really put us at ease by taking the time to answer all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. Once a buyer was found, in a matter of just a few weeks, James became our main point of contact and was equally efficient. From start to finish, both Damian and James were extremely professional and helpful, what's more, they were both really friendly - helping us to feel at ease as our sale progressed.
