My Mortgage Adviser was Zamir Davies - Zamir After a long consultation helped me decided the path I wanted to take with a mortgage. Zamir is an excellent adviser who really knows his stuff and doesn't waste time but gets down to the number crunching side of taking out the mortgage. Ollie was outstanding. We met him at an unsuitable property, he listened to what we really wanted, applied some ingenuity and identified the perfect place for us. He then did everything possible to get us in the property within 6 days of it coming onto the market. Great communication all the way so we knew what was happening (even when things hadn’t moved) and everything explained clearly. It’s an amazing feeling to know that your letting agent is on your team! Thanks Ollie you are an outstanding, professional star!

I have been looking to let a property in the area for a while but have been finding it difficult with other letting companies - I come across Haart and got in contact with Araminta who has really gone out her way to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. Her approach to my requests were dealt with professionally although still friendly and not intimidating (like other companies I’d dealt with before) nothing I asked her was too much and she was always happy to help! Sophia H was extremely professional and communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process, keeping us well updated as tenants (especially as the landlord is based in New Zealand). From our initial interest through viewing, contract signing, key collection, and moving in took around 10 days, and it felt very well managed rather than rushed. My flat has been on the market for over two months through Haart Chelmsford, with numerous viewings. While the people with whom I have been dealing (predominantly Solomon) have been pleasant and personable, there have been a number of occasions when the ball has been dropped around communication with feedback not forthcoming. This is especially so when Solomon has been away from the office and leads me to wonder whether there are follow-ups with the potential buyers. Additionally, a number of the potential purchasers have cited the amount of the service charge as ultimately determining their decision, this has been disappointing as I would have expected that the agent would be screening the purchasers regarding affordability up front. Given the number of similar properties that seem to be on the market through Haart, and the fact that I do not get the feeling that they are doing everything possible to sell my property, I am currently considering moving to other agents.

Mia has been great trying to find a property that meets our requirements. She has listened to what we need and only suggested houses that suit rather than just trying any old property. We had 2 viewings at a house we liked but had concerns over and again rather than push to get the sale Mia listened to our issues and helped us decide it was too big a risk to offer on the house.
