GoogleWe had already given our notice in at our last rental property when we started looking for somewhere to move to in Chelmsford. This meant we were pressed for time in securing our next home. As soon as I called cmRent to inquire about the property we are now in, I was sent a detailed video of the property. This helped me get a better idea than just the online pictures alone - it also helped with social distancing given the pandemic. From the time we expressed an interest in the property, cmRent got the ball rolling and were quick and efficient in helping us proceed further. They organised an in-person viewing, sent us documentation and information, and maintained communication with us all throughout the process. We were able to sort everything out within 3 weeks of giving our notice in which made a world of difference to my stress levels! Plus, it helped every one we spoke to at cmRent, either via email or phone (and in-person), were very helpful and professional. I would recommend!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have been renting the same property with cmRent for 5 years now: prompt response to issues, efficient service and friendly staff, always willing to help and provide good service to their clients. As a con, probably would say fees are slightly higher than sone other agencies in town (Chelmsford, Essex)

GoogleMe and my husband have lived in Essex since 2011 and cmRENT are the only letting agency we’ve ever used and we’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. The service they provide is excellent, very professional and efficient with customer needs at the forefront of what they do. Their staff in the Chelmsford branch are very friendly and helpful and have always made us feel very valued no matter the circumstances. GoogleSo far so good,used this agency for the last 3 years as a tenant and had no problems! Their maintenance department could be improved a bit by making quicker arrangements to fix issues within the rented property and their renewal prices could be lower, other than that everything is great!
