GoogleI have been a tenant for just under a year in a property CM Rent & Sales manage and have had no problems. Whenever I have needed to contact the office no matter who I have spoken to has always been very cheerful and helpful. Making the process of moving a lot less stressful dealing with a letting agent so Helpful. I would highly recommend CM Rent & Sales!

GoogleTop notch in my book. Friendly. Informative. Extremely helpful at all times. Good communications and do what they say. Faultless and really the best service I have ever had from a letting agent anywhere. They go the extra mile and genuinely seem to care about you as a tenant. Cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them whether you are a landlord or a tenant.

GooglecmRent & SALES have provided a professional and friendly service throughout our tenancy and have been really helpful in getting any problems with the property (heating etc) sorted out in a quick and efficient way. Property inspections are quick and hassle free and on time. They always ask if you have any issues that you would like highlighted and deal with them well. Recommended.

GoogleWe have been a tenant in a property managed by cmRENT & SALES for just under a year and would not hesitate to renew our contract or find another property though them due to a high level of service we have received. The office team are always friendly and helpful whenever you call in and help you to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
