GoogleWhat a fantastic team! Helen & the team have been incredible for the last 2 years. The helped my initial move go so smoothly and have been amazing throughout. Customer service is second to none and any queries or problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have now moved to another area and they have gone above and beyond for me & my son to make our move once again go super smoothly. Big thank you to all!! GoogleCM Rent helped make the move less stressful than we would otherwise have envisaged. The staff are helpful and professional. On a few occasions having popped in for some advice they are more than willing to accommodate my requests and with a smile no less. I have dealt with quite a few agencies over the years and i can say that they are willing to listen and go the extra mile if necessary both for the tenant and for the landlord. Long may their service continue to remain at a high level and commitment to their clients.

Through the entire process from searching for a property through to the handover of the keys they have been great. Everyone we have spoken to has been incredibly responsive and very professional whilst still being very friendly. GoogleCMRent have been fantastic, significantly better than the other letting agents I've interacted with, and there have been many of those. They went above and beyond for me despite my neverending stream of silly questions. I can't recommend them enough. Extremely friendly, patient and helpful team. Special shout-out to Helen and Jacob, who have had way more patience with me than I deserve. Fantastic service!

GoogleAppalling agency. AVOID. Do not care about tenants or neighbours. Have refused to deal with problems for over 4 years. Broken fence panels causing dangers for children and pets and overgrown trees blocking out light for neighbours and invalidating their home insurance yet nothing is done. They treat you as a nuisance and stop taking your calls. There are plenty of other agencies DO NOT USE THESE.

GoogleVery expensive and taking advantages of hard working class. Rude staff and very mean. I wonder if there are any institutions out there that can watch this letting agency for their practices. I would suggest anyone looking to rent to keep away from them. I understand why the housing market is high when controlled by a bunch of crooks (Not all). I felt like entering a funeral home when I walked into their office in Chelmsford. I would never approach them again.

GoogleI honestly don't know how this team can receive any negative feedback? I used cmRENT&SALES to rent my property in Chelmsford and can't thank them enough. The team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and to top it off found me a fantastic tenant. I have used other agents in the town but felt everyone really took a interest in providing me with a personal service, with none of the usual pressure selling associated with other 'typical' agents - you can tell it's more than just a job for them, it's a passion.

Sophie, specifically, was amazing, so friendly and helpful which made the whole experience of moving into my first place with my partner even more exciting.
