GoogleWe used CM services when we were renting out our apartment and when we were selling it. I must say they are brilliant. We did use other agency for renting and CM is far better. The communication is very effective, they informed us of every viewing and it's outcome. They looked for the best tenant possible. Made sure the property is properly clean for the new tenant and they deal with repairs very quickly, which was not the case with other agency. The staff is stable and they always know who you are when you call. Also the sale went very smoothly. CM marketed our flat very well and dealt with our solicitors very efficiently. Highly recommend their services.

GoogleAs a tenant we've always found their service to be excellent, great communication, and when our home was sold with us as sitting tenants we felt that it was well managed by CMRent. The reason for not giving a 5 star review is that we find the tenancy renewal fees are very high, much higher than other local letting agents we've dealt with in the past. Putting the fees to one side, their service is great.
