GoogleAwful service booked us in to view a house that doesn't allow children knowing we have a daughter, expect you to earn way more than the rent then when we made an offer as we didn't earn as much as there ridiculous expectations they wanted us to magic up a garuntour while we were on the phone!

GoogleI found their service 10/10. they found us a prefect home within a week, and got us moved in within another week! They were more than friendly and helpful, completely helped us every step of the way. Could not recommend CM Rents enough, i will be contacting them first without hesitation next time i move.

GoogleI have leave in 3 different houses, all from cmRENT &SALES. All the staff are amazing and helpfull.I never had any issues and everytime that i had a problem the respond from them was quick. One of the most professional letting agency in Chelmsford. I recoment it to everyone.
