GoogleI have been trying to use the most common sense contact: 1) phone 2) left my details in their website. For a few days there is NO response NO call back. Every time I called, i believe more than 5 times, it always go to message which I am doubt whether someone listens to it. I dont know how busy their business is, but super disappointing to find out they have no way of reaching out and no response. Think twice when you want to use their service

GoogleI wanted to view a property again for rental, and sally was brilliant in scheduling this in as quickly as possible. Also with all her help in the final steps was very supportive. But overall when ever dealing with the team (Leah & Tom) I noticed everyone went above and beyond to help. Appreciate it a lot.

GoogleWe've been tenants in a property rented through CM Rent for almost one year now. The initial process of renting through CM Rent was very efficient and professional, with helpful staff. We've not experienced any problems whatsoever, with either the service or the property. Only criticism is the 6/12 months renewal fees are quite high. Overall, highly recommended for renting in Chelmsford.
